Dinko Slavov

Dinko Slavov is CEO and owner at Bulgarian Estates, Burgas and a major agent for the region of the Southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast, which includes settlements and resorts such as Sozopol, Chernomorets, Primorsko Lozenets and Tsarevo.

Dinko started his career in real estate back in 2004 as an agent at Bulgarian Properties Ltd. After a great number of successfully concluded transactions, he was transferred to a management position in sales at the Burgas office and became in charge of the region of Burgas and the southernmost resorts - Sozopol, Lozenets, etc.

Since the beginning of 2010, Dinko Slavov and Tsvetan Petrakiev have established Bulgarian Estates ®. For the period 2010 - 2016 the company was an exclusive partner of "Bulgarian Properties" and "Luximo" for the entire Southern Black Sea coast. The Southern Black Sea Coast office became one of the company's most successful offices and its directors won many corporate awards.

Dinko is among the best employees of the company, not only in the Burgas region but also throughout the country. He is behind some of the largest transactions realized by LUX IMOTI and BULGARIAN PROPERTIES as well as a great number of smaller ones with the participation of Bulgarian and foreign investors. Of course, this is in no way accidental, given his long-year experience in the area, his connections and contacts with sellers, developers and colleagues from other agencies.

In the beginning of 2016, the partners began to develop a separate brand - Bulgarian Estates ®, a project that has brought together an innovative approach and fourteen years of experience in the field of real estate.
