Ahavni Elekchiyan is an agent dealing mainly with the sale of urban real estate in the region of Burgas, as well as the quarters of Sarafovo, Meden Rudnik and Kraymorie.

Ahavni started working as an agent in the field of real estate at Bulgarian Properties Ltd. in 2013 and she quickly realized a great number of transactions and started gaining the trust of the company’s customers. For the period 2010 - 2016 the company was an exclusive partner of "Bulgarian Properties" and "Luximo" for the entire Southern Black Sea coast. The Southern Black Sea Coast office became one of the company's most successful offices and its directors won many corporate awards.

 

She has achieved successful results due to her extremely responsible attitude to work, her good attitude to local and foreign customers, which has led to the creation of many good acquaintances and friendships with them. In 2015 she was awarded the Certificate of Honor for the most expensive sale of an apartment in Bulgaria within the company.

 

Ahavni graduated from the High School of Economics in her hometown of Plovdiv and then she worked in the sphere of trade for more than 20 years.

 

Ahavni is personally involved in the sales and rentals of real estate in the region, fully attending to the interests of her customers (both sellers and buyers), organizing viewing trips and carrying out a great deal of the sales.
